For fifty years, Phyllis and Chuck Saunders, founder of Saunders Archery Company, have dedicated their lives to the bow. The basement of a Chicago apartment in a small building in Manilla, Iowa, with these manufacturing plants in Columbus and Papillion, Nebraska, the company has been guided by their dedication and love for archery.

The death of Phyllis August 25, 1986 and CA Saunders March 31, 1995, marked and at the end of an era for archery. From the time Phyllis toughenized faces and quiver dyed and hand wound and sewed Chuck matts, Archery Saunders was part of the extended family shooting archery. Archery Saunders remembers his past when embarking in its future.
