4 Blade Finishes:
- XC90 Blade: The high-carbon steel blades of the Baby Wild, renowned for their ease of grinding, are oxidized by contact with moisture. It is important to clean, dry and grease regularly. It is also advisable to remove the knife from its case if it is not used regularly to avoid rusting.
- Blade in XC90 blue: The process of blueing allows, in addition to its aesthetic appearance, to protect very slightly the blade on the surface of the oxidation, but does not support the acid foods.
- Stainless steel blade 12C27: SANDVIK® stainless steel was followed by a cryogenic hardening guaranteeing a hardness of 59 HRC. The longevity of the cutting edge is highly appreciated. Re-sharpening is carried out with a diamond or ceramic stone without difficulty.
- PVD stainless steel blade: PVD treatment (Physical Vapor Deposition) of projected Titanium allows to reduce the coefficients of friction, to have an anti-reflective blade and to improve the resistance to corrosion (+ 1,500 hours in fog saline)
3 colors of leather: Sleeve and case coordinated: GOLD, BROWN, BLACK.
THE MOST WILDSTEER
All the cases of the Baby Wild allow a vertical and horizontal port for a better comfort.
You can choose a left-handed case or a right-handed case in option 2.
Note that a case placed in the back, changes its meaning. If you are right-handed and want to carry your knife in the back, you will have to order a left-handed case, and inversemen
