BUTTON CONFIGURATIONS :
- On/Off: Turns the unit On or Off.
- Tare: Sets the scale to 0.
- Unit: Chooses desired units of measure (lbs, oz, kg)
- Holding Unit: P-P: Equals Peak Weight. P-L: Equals Holding Weight.
- Holding Tare: L_On: Under Holding Weight Mode (P-L), L_ON turns on Auto Mode which automatically freezes the weight on the screen after 3 seconds. L-OF: Turns off Auto Mode.

Allen recommends this scale to be used with a string loop or in-between two brass crimps securely fastened to the bow sting. Failure to use this scale correctly may cause serious injury to yourself and/or others nearby. Once attached to the bow, apply even, steady downward pressure. Extreme caution is advised when approaching the Peak Weight of the bow. Any sudden movements could cause the unit to slip off the string.
